Terms of service
1. What the service is
apimodelhub provides an API gateway that lets you reach third-party large language models through a single endpoint and a single API key. We are not the owner of those models and we do not create the content they generate.
2. Your account
You are responsible for everything that happens under your account and API key. Do not share a key outside your organisation and do not publish it publicly.
3. Prohibited conduct
- Reselling, renting, or redistributing access obtained through this service.
- Using the service to produce content that violates the law of Vietnam or your own jurisdiction.
- Attacking, scanning, overloading, or attempting to bypass the service's limits.
- Creating accounts in bulk or concealing your identity to abuse promotions.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Credit remaining on an account closed for a breach is not refunded.
4. Credit and payment
Credit is a prepaid amount used to pay for API calls. Credit you have added does not expire and does not auto-renew. Prices are published on the home page and may change; changes do not apply retroactively to credit already purchased.
Credit is not refundable once added, either in cash or back to the payment method, except where the law requires otherwise. Top up only the amount you expect to use — unused credit stays on your account and does not expire.
If you believe a call was billed incorrectly, contact support with the request id
(the x-request-id response header). We check it against our records and
correct any error in your favour.
5. Limits
Each key has a spend limit. When credit is exhausted the request is rejected and no further cost is incurred. We do not lend credit or allow it to go negative.
6. Service level
We work to keep the service continuously available and we operate multiple provider channels so we can fail over when one fails. The service nevertheless depends on third parties, so we do not warrant uninterrupted availability. When an outage is our fault, credit is compensated in proportion to the downtime.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability to you will not exceed the credit you purchased in the preceding 30 days. We are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits.
8. Model output
You are responsible for verifying output before relying on it. Models can be wrong. Do not use the output for medical, legal, or financial decisions without review by a qualified professional.
9. Privacy
We store account information and per-request metadata, and we do not store prompt or response content. What we collect, why, how long we keep it and how to have it deleted is set out in the Privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
10. Changes to these terms
When these terms change in a way that is adverse to you, we notify you by email at least 15 days in advance. If you disagree, you may stop using the service before the change takes effect.

apimodelhub is an independent service. Model names and trademarks mentioned here belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe the technical capabilities of the service.
